What kind of payment types do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, credit and debit cards, Gift Cards and cash
  • Identification is verified for all credit card transactions, so please remember to bring a photo ID.
  • The Spring Gift Certificates are redeemable for overnight stays and day use and can be used for any purchase at the resort and do not expire. Gift Certificates are not refundable and are not transferable.
  • Gift Certificates, must be presented at the time of use.
What does my admission include?

Admission to The Spring Day Spa sometimes referred to as “soaking”, includes access to our three mineral pools, Finnish sauna and ample lounge areas, and the healing waters of our three pools. Individual spa treatments incur additional costs. However, if you reserve a treatment of one hour or more then entry is included.

Do you have an age limit?

The Spring welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. Please bring driver’s license or other proof of age if you’re 18 years or older.

What if I’m late for my treatment?

We encourage guests to arrive at the Resort at least an hour prior to their treatment time in order to check in, tour and change in the change rooms as well as soak in the mineral waters prior to your treatment as this helps maximize the benefits of the service. Arriving late to your service will impact the length of your treatment, and, out of consideration for the next guest’s appointment, your service will end at the time originally scheduled. The value of your full treatment will be applied.

Is admission included in the treatment price?

“Soaking” Admission to The Spring is separate from treatment prices. With “soaking” you’re welcome to use our three mineral pools, Finnish saunas, and lounge areas.

Eating and drinking

Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment. Also remember to drink plenty of water before and afterwards.

We do offer fruit and cheese plates as well as wine and champagne by the bottle. Plenty of our award winning drinking water is available throughout the resort.

For overnight guests we serve a complimentary breakfast each.

How do I communicate with my service provider during my service?

It is fine to carry on a conversation with your therapist during a massage, although most guests find that silence enhances their experience. Please give your therapist some feedback about your preferred level of pressure or areas of your body that need special attention.

Is gratuity included with the cost of my service?

Gratuity is not included in the price of a treatment unless otherwise stated. If your spa experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t) it is customary to tip your service provider.

What are your hours?

Our Day Spa is open from 9am to 7pm. Overnight guests have 24 hour access to our three mineral pools and Finnish sauna.

I was told that The Spring has reached capacity today. What does that mean?

In order to maintain our serene, quiet and relaxing environment, we often reach our maximum guest count and sometimes have to decline day use access, especially on weekends and holidays. On such days, guests with pre-booked spa treatment appointments are guaranteed admission.

If we are fully booked for services such as massages, facials and body treatments you more than welcome to join us for the day. We strongly suggest calling us as early as 8 am since we cannot guarantee your entry without a pre-booked service.

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

For guests staying overnight we offer a complimentary breakfast each morning in our living room. We offer fresh seasonal fruit, organic oatmeal, cage free hard boiled eggs, assorted yogurts, assorted cereals, imported breads, our own blend of coffee and assorted teas. We are happy to provide gluten free options upon request. We ask that for at least 48 hours notice for any special requests to give us the opportunity to fulfill the request.

What is the environment like at The Spring?

The Spring is a quiet, relaxing, adults only environment. We ask that guests refrain from loud talking and cell phone use throughout the resort. To go along with our quiet culture our guest rooms do not have televisions or phones (there is complimentary WIFI throughout the property for those who cannot completely “disconnect”).
