The Spring Resort & Spa is proud to offer juice cleanses featuring local fresh pressed juice. Adding juice to your diet is a way of boosting nutrition and getting back to healthy basics. Cleansing is about taking the clean eating approach a step further, giving your system a break and helping reduce your dependence on unhealthy, processed foods. Cleanses can be done over 3, 4 or 5 days.

We provide you with all the tools you need to detox and rejuvenate. In the beautiful natural setting overlooking Mt. San Jacinto, you’ll soak in our three glorious mineral pools, bathe in our outstanding Finnish sauna, delight in specially designed spa therapies while enjoying all the health benefits of a juice cleanse.

Cleanse A

If you are new to cleansing this is the juice cleanse for you. Cleanse A is the only cleanse that contains two of the almond signature blends which are rich in protein and complex carbohydrates. This cleanse is great for first time cleansers and athletes or individuals with higher caloric needs or hunger concerns.

Vanilla Almond Mylk – almond, dates, sea salt, vanilla bean. Raw almonds and vanilla provide protein, healthy fats, minerals and B-complex vitamins. Our customers swear that it’s ice cream in a bottle. 

Greens B – apple, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. Leafy greens, refreshing citrus and a touch of sweet apple. Greens B is a staple when you want all the goodness of a greens juice, but are still easing into the pressed juice habit.

Roots B – apple, carrot, ginger, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. Carrots, parsley, and spinach are three veggie superstars and they provide beta-carotene, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and an immune boost.

Citrus B – apple, lemon, mint, pineapple. This enzyme rich juice is filled with phytonutrients and bromelin, which helps to reduce inflammation. Drink it before a meal to get digestive juices flowing.

Greens C – apple, celery, cucumber, ginger, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. Craving some zip in your green juice? Enjoy the kick of ginger in this delicious blend of leafy greens and sweet apple.

Chocolate Almond Mylk – almond, cacao, dates, filtered water, sea salt. Raw cacao is a super food with high levels of antioxidants and compounds that can make you feel uplifted. Raw almonds have a multitude of benefits and are linked to a reduction in the risk of heart disease and have been shown to be beneficial in helping you maintain a healthy weight.

Cleanse B

Cleanse B is perfect for those who want to balance great tasting, easy to drink juices with high efficacy. This cleanse contains our most popular juices and is great for those maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Greens B – apple, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, parsley, romaine, spinach. Leafy greens. Refreshing citrus. A touch of sweet apple. Greens B is a staple when you want all the goodness of a greens juice, but are still easing into the pressed juice habit.

You’re on your way! Your juice will be delivered the day you arrive at The Spring. Your cleanse will start the next morning. We look forward to your arrival. This is your time. Time to focus on your health, on restoring you, on rebalancing you!

How to Prepare for your cleanse

The more prepared you are before your cleanse, the smoother your transition will be. This means a few days leading up to your cleanse, cut down on all of those indulgences and phase out the coffee, the sugar, the meat and the dairy. Add fresh fruit, greens and veggies at every meal.
The best way to prepare for and break your juice cleanse is with a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables, here’s some guidance:

3 Days before – If you eat meat, you should phase it out now – lightly steamed or poached fish, with veggies and a salad, of course!

2 Days before – Green salads should be your staple at this point. If you’re craving some more sustenance, you may choose a bit of plain brown rice, or a yam or sweet potato.

1 Day before – Raw or lightly steamed vegetables, e.g. spinach, broccoli; try and avoid the more starchy veggies like carrots, beets, squash etc. You may also have a raw green leafy salad with some vegetables.
